Store Manager
Swindon
Permanent, 45 hours per week
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Store or General Manager within QSR, restaurants, casual dining or coffee looking to become part of a truly iconic brand that cares about you and your future for their store in central Swindon.
Your role as a Store Manager will require you to think on your feet, go the extra mile, have desire and deliver autonomy. You will be a forward thinking, fast paced, inspirational (and entrepreneurial) leader.

Knowledge and experience of leading from the front in a similar environment
A demonstrable passion for creating a fabulous in-store experience
Creative marketing/promotional ideas for increasing store turnover
Excellent people skills
The ability to continuously learn and share information with others
This is an excellent opportunity and would be an ideal position for a current Supervisor or team leader looking to join a fantastic international coffee company offering a world class training and progression opportunities
Basic cGBP26,000 OTE to GBP36,800
