Supplier Quality Engineer required for a growing manufacturer who are well renowned in their industry and have exciting plans within the next 12 months. They offer a varied role for the successful candidate.

To apply for the role, you need experience in supplier quality within an engineering environment. Those with experience in Automotive will be at an advantage but any engineering background will be suitable. Applicants with PPAP experience are encouraged to apply.

The role of the Supplier Quality Engineer will be to work with suppliers to develop and implement best practices. You will also focus on ensuring that all products produced meet the required quality standards. The central focus of your role will be to address capacity/cost/quality. You will travel to supplier sites to conduct audits therefore travel will be required within the UK and Europe.

The Role:

*Work with suppliers to improve the supply chain

*Carry out supplier validation audits

*Focusing on supplier capacity/cost/quality

*Developing and implementing practices

*Occasional Travel required

The Person:

*Supplier Quality Experience

*Ideally transfer from automotive industry although any engineering background will be considered

*Applicants with PPAP experience will have a considerable advantage
