Our client has an opportunity for a customer-focused professional to be responsible for all aspects of order and invoice management. Working closely with the sales teams, you will help chase unpaid invoices and report on any outstanding debt. You will ensure all invoices are issued on time and that payments are received and all details are accurately reported. With experience in a similar role, you will help to identify and implement new billing procedures and controls.

With experience in an operational or financial role, you will possess strong communications skills, which will allow you to confidently liaise with different departments within the business, including our satellite offices. You will need to be IT competent, in particular, Microsoft Excel, and you will ideally have experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Great Plains, however, this is not essential. Good organisational skills and the ability to adapt to new situations in a fast-paced environment are key.
