Location: Isleworth

Salary: GBP25,000 to GBP28,000

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am till 6pm with one hour for lunch

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our clients busy Aftersales Centre in Isleworth.

This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with ability to enhance on their knowledge and experience

Your duties will include:

• Work alongside Warranty Controller to ensure dealership operating standards are maintained
• Ensuring repair order documentation is fully and correctly completed
• Preparing invoices and warranty claims accurately in accordance with manufacturer's and departmental standards
• Liaising with manufacturers to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner
• Liaising with parts department to ensure that technicians obtain parts promptly
• Ensuring all Company's Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times
• Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Warranty Controller
• Ensuring price lists and charge out rates are kept up to date at all times
• Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within the service and work control areas at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' experience in an administration role
• Experience as a Warranty Administrator or working for a Main Dealer would be beneficial
• Keen interest in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised
• Great attention to detail
• A checkable school / work history
