Food & Beverage Supervisor, Cambridge, circa GBP21,000pa
At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Role Objective
Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will supervise the dining and conference services of the site. Being a point of contact for junior members of the FOH team and leading by example, demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
• Supervising the dining hall, servery and conferences held on site on a daily basis
• Working in a supportive manor towards the job and helping in other departments if requested
• Assist with training when needed
• At all times comply with regulations, policies and procedures imposed by the Hospitality Manager
Experience and Skills required
• Food Hygiene Lv2 minimum
• Ideally from college catering background
• Banqueting and fine dining experience required
• Understanding of COSHH and H&S procedures
Personal Characteristics
• Positive attitude
• Prepared to train and develop
• Friendly, cooperative and approachable with a high attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexibly across the year including evenings and weekends
Salary and Benefits
• My client is offering the successful Food & Beverage Supervisor a salary of circa GBP21,000pa
• Free Parking
• Great rota pattern including every other weekend off, and one long week one short week
• 35 days annual leave
• Every other weekend
• Personal development
