Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000
Summary:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Graduate level Building Surveyor working with a leading large multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Manchester. You will be a part of an expanding team who carry out a wide range of building surveying duties within a commercial environment predominantly working on retail and leisure developments. The role involves carrying out professional service-based instructions including contract administration and project management duties.Key Duties:
- Advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property's
- Inspect work that is carried out and report on the contractor's progress
- Prepare schedules of dilapidations
- Contract Administration
- Project management
About You:
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have:
The ideal candidate will have gained some post graduate experience preferably working on commercial projects from design stage through to completion you will be able to carry out surveys and inspections to a high standard and produce detail reports demonstrating a good level of technical knowledge is essential. They are looking for a self-starter who is enthusiastic and driven to provide a quality service show commitment and the ambition to succeed and progress within the business.
