Customer Service Advisors (Enquiry Centre)

Our Client is currently looking for ambitious Customer Service Advisors who will join their energetic Enquiry Centre Team. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre they are a well-established pension’s provider with over 1.5 million customers across the UK. They pride ourselves on giving the very best customer service to all their customers and they are now hiring!

They’re a Call Centre with a difference! They provide first class service to clients who call the Enquiry Centre to discuss their pension. This could be anything from a simple change to a client starting their retirement. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all inbound calls and handle each call in a professional and courteous manner.

Full training will be provided and they’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know about their pensions so you’ll be able to handle every call confidently and provide exceptional customer service.

There are no sales targets involved but you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet. Their working hours are on a rotational basis and you’ll be expected to work Monday to Friday, between 8am – 6pm (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm)
