Asra has been with our DLG team for 3 years, she shares some of things that makes Direct Line Group and her role different to other jobs.
The people have made my time at DLG, they are there to pick you up, to support you and genuinely want to work together. The managers and team leaders are all approachable and are there to support us all.
There are so many opportunities in DLG and they invest time in training and supporting their staff but also treating us as individuals.
We are one unit and you don't find that in many work places.
