12 Month FTC (Possible Permanent outcome)
GBP26,000 - GBP28,000
I am working with a leading professional services organisation in the heart of Crawley to recruit a new HR Advisor / HR Officer. Initially on a 12 month FTC basis, there is scope for this role to grow into a permanent opportunity.
This is a full generalist role and responsibilities will include:
Managing recruitment processes including screening, interviews and offer management
Support managers with ER and case management process including Probationary review meetings, Exit Interviews, Sickness absence and performance
Generalist HR Advice and support on people policies and procedures.
Ideally you'll come from a generalist/advisory background and be comfortable working closely with business managers on people policies and processes. A CIPD qualification is beneficial, but not essential.
