Due to continued expansion, our client a leading Car Finance Company are recruiting into their Financial Solutions team.
Working on a Dialler system contacting customers whose monthly payments have fallen into arrears, main responsibilities are to make contact with customers, negotiate and establish payment plans and undertake associated administration and maintenance of the Database
To be successful in the role you will have experience of working with collection of personal debt, customers in arrears, Collections, and / or outbound calling experience. Working within the financial sector, insurance, banks, building societies is desirable.
