A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Pastry Chef to join an inspiring of chefs, in a kitchen with many awards and a well-deserved reputation for food near Launceston.
The successful Pastry Chef will have had exposure to working within a 1-2 Rosette background for at least 1 year, this is an opportunity to make your mark with their innovative menu of the best seasonal and local produce.
You will:

Will ideally have a Rosette background

Will have experience in the Pastry section, making creative, innovative desserts, pastries and breads for all seasons
- Will ideally have experience working in a kitchen for a similar establishment
