Business Development Manager / Specification Manager / Area Sales Manager
Area: Focused on South East England
The Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer of structural insulation. Their products are used in a diverse range of projects including High End Homes/Self-Builds, Commercial Developments, Schools, Student accommodation and Refurbishments. The company has been established globally since the 1970s, however, only in recent years has the UK market started to increase demand for their products following developments in building design and technology. The scope and opportunities within the market are significant and our client has an excellent reputation and an aggressive growth plan which will lead to excellent career opportunities for the right candidate.
The Role: You will be working as part of the specification team targeting Architects, Specifiers and Main Contractors. With a varied split of business development and account development you will need both enthusiasm and good relationship building skills to succeed in this role.
The Candidate: Our client is looking for an individual who has experience of selling to Architects and Main Contractors. They are open minded to product - light or heavy product sales would be considered, more important is your ability to work autonomously and deliver strong results. As the company is focused on growth they need someone who will proactively open new doors and develop new relationships. The company isn't KPI driven, they are focused on profit and delivering growth.
The Package
Up to GBP55,000 basic
GBP20,000 Bonus - uncapped
Pension
Car Allowance - GBP500/month or Company Car
