We are currently recruiting for:
* GROCERY HOME DELIVERY DRIVERS
* (STANDARD DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED)
* PERMANENT JOB CONTRACT WITH OCADO IMMEDIATELY!
* AVERAGE WEEKLY PAY OF GBP439!
* 40 HOURS A WEEK MINIMUM
* GREAT OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRESSION IN THE COMPANY
* SHIFT PATTERNS ARE 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 WITH THE OPTION OF OVERTIME

About the role:
* Delivering groceries to our customers in timed delivery slots- This includes delivering groceries to various property types such as high-rise buildings, basement flats and remote locations.
* Providing excellent customer service- you will receive award winning training which gives you all the tools you need to be successful in this role.
* Maintaining timely communication by phone with our customers, to keep them informed of issues or changes to their proposed delivery.
* We are an online retailer and our customers expect their deliveries from Monday to Sunday, am and pm, from 05.30 to midnight. Your shift patterns reflect these customer requirements.
About you:
* Delivering not just groceries and retail - but delivering an excellent customer experience!
* As a Customer Service Delivery Team Member, you will be at the heart of our in-home delivery customer experience.
* As the face of our client, they will be relying on you to get to know your customer, greet them with a smile and serve them with pride.
* You will be someone who gets on with people and works well in a team and at the same time be ready to do what's needed to give our customers a great experience.
Personal requirements:
* No more than 6 minor points on your licence
* No driving disqualifications within the last 10 years.
* You must have the right to work in the UK, or have a valid work permit
* You must be able to carry up to 18kg
* Good communication skills
* Good customer services skills
