We are open to level of experience and are looking to recruit a Resourcer who will source suitable candidates and keep in contact with them in order for the candidates to be placed in a timely manner. You will be a crucial component in our recruitment team and will ensure that our customers get the highest quality of service provided to them.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies the Business Development team bring in
- You will advertise vacancies to our existing database of candidates, on the advertising portals we have access to as well as linked in and other social media platforms
- You will be calling new and existing candidates, discussing jobs with them and submitting them
- Your role will require you to arrange interviews, ascertain feedback and communicate feedback
- Enhancing customer service is a key strategic aim of the business; you will play a part in shaping and executing that
- You will need to chase references and judge suitability of candidates against vacancies
- You will need to attend meeting with candidates and clients where necessary
- The role of a resourcer and everyone at S Knights Recruitment is to embrace, immerse and understand the Employability and Skills Industry.
- Your role will be to be a sector specialist and map out the industry, allowing you to source the very best candidates for our clients and excel at your role.
Experience and Skills:
A perfect candidate will
Have experience from a resource or recruitment background OR???
Have a "can do" attitude
Willing to learn and have worked in a targeted environment
