Their seven extra care schemes are well located in North Kensington, Westminster and Hounslow to provide modern accessible homes for 179 local older people, who have a range of physical and mental health needs. All of their services have been rated consistently ‘Good’ by CQC, with one recently awarded ‘Outstanding’ for responsiveness.

Their rates start at £10.20 per hour (day) and £10.39 (waking night).

About you

They have opportunities for Care and Support workers with an awareness of the needs of older people with physical and mental health needs, who will be able to work as part of a 7 day weekly rota to meet these needs.

They are interested in hearing from you whether you have work, volunteering and/or personal experience of providing personal care and supporting others.

You will be compassionate, keen to listen to and understand people to enable them to get the most from their lives.

You will put people at the centre of everything you do and will use your ideas, good communication and relationship building skills to make a real difference in people’s lives.
