Due to internal promotion, Bridge McFarland Solicitors are recruiting for a Receptionist /Administrator to join our Admin team at our Market Rasen Branch.   Previous reception and/or administration experience is essential.   Ideally you will also have previous experience of working within a law firm.

The Receptionist/Administrator’s duties include, but are not limited to: processing incoming calls, answering queries both face to face and over the telephone, audio transcription and general office admin duties, to ensure the smooth effective running of the office.   For further details, please see the attached job description.

The ideal candidate should have excellent telephone, client handling and organisational skills and be able to work on their own initiative.
