Your role
As Interim HR Business Partner you will cover maternity for a period of 12 months. In this newly created role, you will partner with HR in other key locations across the globe to lead and roll out a global HR strategy to help the business achieve its goals. You will be required to look at policies such as flexible working, shared parental leave etc on a global level and ensure these are rolled out appropriately across the business.
The successful candidate
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be a proven HR business partner with experience gained in a commercial SME. Experience in the construction sector or similar would be an advantage. You will be able to demonstrate how you have worked at a global scale to develop and implement strategies to drive the business forward. You will be able to demonstrate strong influence and engagement at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to a 12 month contract.
