Restaurant Manager GBP24k 2AA Venue
Juice Hospitality are lookng for an experienced Restaurant Manager to look after a 2AA venue. Working with the Operations Manager, it will be your responsibility to run the daily operation You will inspire your team to deliver a consistently high level of guest service within the department whilst maximising sales opportunities for all of the hotels.
Duties:
Visiting each venue on a weekly basis you will
* Comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, hygiene health and safety licenceing and employment law. Ensuring all members of your team are of legislation and expectations. Supervise thdaily operations in the food and beverage areas, anticipate guest needs in order to deliver exceptional service and in turn inspire your team to do the same.
* Conducting daily briefings and monthly meetings with your team.
* Support and maintain team moral, working relationships with other departments e.g kitchen
* Conduct timely stock takes and audits.
* The ideal person for this position will have 4 Star or 2 AA Rosette experience.They will be meticulously organised and have extensive food and beverage management experience
