About Us

At Together Trust we believe everybody deserves an equal chance in life. There are no exceptions. We provide a wide range of support services including fostering, residential, community and family support. We also provide specialist educational support through our schools and colleges.

Our Bury Outreach Service involves working with children who have autism spectrum conditions. We encourage young people’s development and confidence through interest-related activities. The service works alongside individuals, their families and other professionals to provide extensive care and support and promote independence and inclusion in the local community.

As our specialist community support worker, you will…

This is an incredibly rewarding role as you will enable a young person to partake in their hobbies and interests where you will see them grow in confidence and skill. You will provide the highest standard of support in order to enable young peoples’ choices, development of skills and interests and their fulfilment.

About you

Experience is preferable but not essential – what’s more important is the desire for a rewarding and challenging role and a genuine interest in developing your skills through the training that we offer. You must have good communication, interpersonal abilities and time management skills. Whilst a level 2 or 3 QCF health and social care is not essential, we do ask that you are willing to complete this qualification if necessary, within the allotted timeframe.

We have between three and 30 hours per week available but shifts are predominantly on evenings and weekends.
