As our recruiter, you will…

Support and assist the HR advisor to provide a high quality, pro-active and efficient HR resourcing service to managers and staff within Together Trust. You will research the most up to date and efficient attraction methods and recruitment events whilst sourcing candidates that meet Together Trust’s operational needs and values.

About you

As an innovative, self-motivated and driven individual, you will be a member of CIPD at level 3 or above and have proven experience in a recruitment role. You will be comfortable working in a busy environment and have experience of working with hiring managers and a wider HR team.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have the ability to deliver a varied workload to agreed deadlines and be able to remain objective and calm when under pressure. We’d also like you to have a strong service user ethic and have knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities legislation and its application.
