On Site Sales Negotiator
Fawkes and Reece are assisting a leading property developer in their searching for a proficient Sales Negotiator to look after one of their key sites in Wokingham.
Our client is a titan in the industry and has launched a flurry of New Homes developments over the past 15 years.
The site consists of high specification finish of new apartments and houses.
The job entails:
•Meeting and greeting visitors
•Dealing with inquiries via email and on the phone
•Conducting viewings
•Dealing with property vendors, brokers, and investors
•Reporting directly into the sales manager
•Chasing sales leads
For this role, you'll need to have had experience being on a new build site, as a Sales Negotiator.
