Opportunity for a Land and New Homes Development Manager to work in a full time position based Newcastle.
The Role
You will support the Directors and work closely with the residential team driving the everyday sales and lettings processes in support of the new homes.
You will be expected to manage your own site and at the same time drive the business in a direction with inspiration, as together we ensure company goals and targets are met for new listings, sales performance and profitability.
There will be an expectation of the role to develop and implement continuous new sales strategies to reflect and meet changing market conditions.
You will be responsible for adhering to relevant industry compliance within the office, along with information for collation of AML/KYC, agency T&Cs, and preparation of property marketing material that must meet and potentially exceed current industry standards.
You will be involved in supporting very regular reporting structure to the Developer at Board-level clients in ensuring excellent client communication is a continuous process.
Our clients portfolios consist of mainly mid to high-end properties and developments and can attract overseas clients and HNWI's. You must therefore be extremely confident in dealing with this type of clientele and ideally have a proven track record in a similar field.
Handle internet property enquiries with priority in a productive and prompt manner to maximise the enquiry with all services the company offer.
To assist diarise and attend viewings with appropriate company marketing material. Sales Guides, Offer Forms, Client info and Property details.
Ensure our clients are advised of activity, and given regular feedback but especially following activity on their sites.
Conduct and review performance within the L&NH team, to ensure continued improvement and success of the department.
Maintain the property portals the company supports to be accurate and at the correct status for our developer clients.
Requirements
A proven track record in winning new business with corporate, large portfolio client pitches will be considered as preferential experience.
Experience in client reporting and excellent business computer skills.
Experience in NfoPP, ARLA, and other industry bodies preferred.
Ideally an understanding of the following:
Architectural plans, CGIs & Floorplans
Specification feedback to developers to ensure industry needs
CAD internal and external floor special awareness / feedback
Support of branding and brochure design briefs, via professional partners
Support Interiors / show homes, via professional designers
You must have a full UK driving licence
Remuneration
Negotiable dependent upon experience.
