Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Bath
Salary: GBP25k (up to GBP37k OTE)

A leading client in the unified telecommunications industry is in need of driven Graduate Business Development Executives with first-rate relationship building skills. This company are renowned for their ability to deliver tangible improvements to enterprise productivity through their unified telecommunications solutions and for their strategic partnerships with some of the world's most recognised providers.
Still striving for growth after three decades, they're on the lookout for ambitious graduate talent ready to kick off a lucrative and lasting career in the B2B telecommunications field. This opportunity is unique in that graduate training and development is personally overseen by the SD - a highly experienced professional in his field, with a strong belief in the value of nurturing talent. In the role of Graduate Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Learning about industry behaviour, the craft of field sales and qualifying business opportunities from SD and senior executives;
- Utilising your creativity and a varied toolkit, spotting opportunities and booking appointments for senior executives to attend;
- Shadowing on appointments and familiarising yourself with the business cycle to then progress on to managing your own accounts;
- Finding new and existing opportunities to upsell/cross-sell the products and services of the company.
You'll grow into your role, eventually coming to represent the client on the M4 corridor, Bath and Bristol - candidates will be required to travel making a valid UK driving license a must!
As part of your employment package you'll get:
