We are looking for a Media & Campaigns Associate to join a growing team in the Exeter area.
You would be working for a FTSE 250 company providing support for the delivery of communication campaigns and media relations activities to customers and the community and provide advice to managers and directors to ensure there is mutual awareness, understanding and support for the Company's key strategic messages.
You will support The Media and Campaigns Managers for The Group by researching and analysing stories, articles and information for publication, drafting responses to media inquiries, generating social media content, and supporting the drafting of key announcements to ensure the positive of the Group is maintained and enhanced across customer and community groups.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and oral communication, with a strong news sense and ability to source and shape compelling stories.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant Marketing or Media discipline.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Ability to solve problems with innovative and creative solutions.
- Willingness to be on standby Press Office rota.
