Strong qualitative or quantitative research design, analysis and reporting skills
Ability to synthesis findings, extract compelling stories / insights and adapt communications dependent on audience
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with ability to present ideas / solutions clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences
Experienced in writing winning proposals and delivering pitches to clients
Competent project manager for small to medium sized projects, including briefing of teams, management of logistics, liaising with the client and monitoring commercials
If qualitative - ability to moderate groups and depths with a range of audience including vulnerable consumers to senior B2B professionals, strong analysis skills and impactful delivery of findings
If quantitative - strong survey design, exceptional analytical skills and impactful delivery of results
Ability to manage volume workload/projects and work independently within a fast paced environment
Core activities will include
Project management including managing colleagues within the team and having day to day client contact
Involvement in all stages of the research project lifecycle including proposal preparation and costings, pitching, research design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting and client presentations
Contribution towards business growth through business development activity
Mentoring more junior team members
Professional experience within the market research industry
Significant experience of all stages of qualitative or quantitative research projects
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Good project management skills;
Good written and oral communication skills;
Proven ability to produce quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
Effective prioritisation of tasks and personal time management
Experience of working as part of a successful team
