The Role:
* Answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling service appointments
* Talking to customers about the services provided and what problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
* Effectively communicate to customers about the services being offered and to deal with customer service on an excellent level
* Upsell on optional services and accessories to the customers at every opportunity
* Monitoring the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised and contacting the customer if any delays are expected
* Documenting the repairs using the in-house computer software package
* You will also be required to assist customers with parts enquiries as and when necessary
What's on offer?
* A basic salary ranging between GBP25,000 and GBP27,000, with an OTE taking it up to GBP37,000.
* Company Car!
* You will be required to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, as well as, 1 in 4 Saturday's from 8:30am to 1:00pm.
