Bodyshop Receptionist
Bodyshop Advisor / Receptionist Required in Whitland
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Are you a bodyshop receptionist looking for a new challenge in Whitland?
You will be working with a busy bodyshop and will be responsible for providing a proactive service between customers and Insurance Companies.
Main duties:
??Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Vehicle Technicians / Productives
??Liaison with customers and insurance companies about any additional work required
??Answering calls and booking work into the workshop
??Handling customer complaints and taking ownership until resolution
??Responding to customer requests
Essential Skills & Qualifications for Bodyshop Receptionist role:
??Previous telephone experience is preferred.
??You must be IT literate and have knowledge of Microsoft.
??Be hard working
??Have the ability to work under pressure
??Be a team player
