Production Line Leader

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premium manufacturer of branded, luxury products which are sold in premium retailers throughout the UK.
The job
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the production areas and a hardworking, dynamic team of Production Operatives (10-30 reports). There are excellent career prospects on offer for the right candidate.
You will ensure staff are dressed appropriately and that hygiene policies are followed, supervise the production of baked goods, ensure QAS is being followed during the entire production and packing process, setup machinery and ensure machines are operating at correct parameters, ensure correct clean down procedure is followed plus supervise the packing area.
Your experience
To be considered for the Production Line Leader role, you will have food production supervisory/management experience and a background of working in a bakery environment is an advantage. You will have a hands-on approach, a good knowledge of food safety standards and plus excellent communication skills.

The Production Line Leader job is based in the South West region and is paying GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours will be a shift rotation of early and late shifts, with the occasional night shift.
