THE JOB TITLE: Branch Manager
THE PRODUCT: Commercial Vehicle Parts
THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to GBP35,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Benefits
THE LOCATION: Derby
THE COMPANY: With an enviable position as one of the leading aftermarket suppliers within the commercial vehicle parts industry, this distributor have great relationships with customers of fall shapes and sizes from the smallest workshops to the largest fleets.
THE ROLE OF A BRANCH MANAGER:
As branch manager you will essentially be running the brand as your own business unit. Responsible for all employees and roles beneath you, whether that is in sales, operations or logistics.
In charge of a team including parts advisors and delivery drivers you will roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to all parts of the job, whether directing the branch operation, speaking with customers both face to face or over the phone, or helping out in the warehouse. As a branch manager, you are expected to lead from the front, motivating your team on to even greater success.
Each day will be different and certainly challenging but ultimately rewarding, giving you a great sense of satisfaction of building and maintaining a successful branch environment
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A BRANCH MANAGER:
Of course, coming from a background of strong branch or parts management is a must this organisation are open to your experience, whether that is in car or commercial vehicle.
Your personality is key to ensure you have fantastic career within this organisation. You need to have a great sense of humour, while at the same time utilising great customer service and communication skills.
