We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who will join us as a Skills Coach in Brickwork / General Construction Operative, delivering training, assessment and quality assurance to our learners. 

Within the role you will recruit, induct, train, review, assess, monitor and track learners working in the relevant vocational field. Contributing to the delivery, assessment and evaluation of Apprenticeship programmes, you will coach learners to achieve skills, behaviours and knowledge to pass their Apprenticeship to a distinction level wherever possible.

Candidates need to have a relevant Level 3 qualification, coupled with an Assessor qualification TAQA A1. Substantial experience in Brickwork / General Construction Operative is also required.
