** Experienced Care Staff Team **
Tamworth, Staffs.
Pay: GBP8.10 per hour

Role Overview:
Our brand new services in Tamworth is a set to open in January 2019.
Situated close to Tamworth town centre and it's attractions and with great transport links throughout Staffordshire and beyond right on the doorstep; Albert Road - is a ideally located for the People we Support to join - in with many of the local leisure, cultural and educational activities to area has to offer.
The traditional building is home to 4 individuals experiencing Learning Disabilities and / or Autism, who at times may display "challenging behavior". We provide a full training programme, specific to the needs of the individuals we support and are interested in applicants with experience or knowledge of Social Care environments.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 / Care Cert or willing to work towards - Essential
- Full Driving License - Preferred
- Flexibility for shift working (8am-4pm , 4pm-10pm, 10pm-8am), actual shift patterns may vary.
- Available to work Weekends
- Confidence in lone working
- Confidence to support a vulnerable individual in the community.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary
You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
