Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)
This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and target driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-known, high quality and successful Independent Estate Agency in Brighton.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established branch in Brighton which offers a generous commission structure and earning potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Generating and booking valuations
* Carrying out market appraisals/valuations
* Instructing properties
* Conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers
* Agreeing sales
* Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
To be considered for this opportunity; previous experience working within estate agency/property sales is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience valuing and instructing properties, however this is not essential
In return, my clients are looking to offer a basic salary of GBP19,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of GBP30,000.
Please note, to be considered for this position a full driving licence and own vehicle is required.
