Junior Sales Associate | B.A.L.L PROMOTIONS | WATFORD

In this opening, you will be embodying our client’s brand as the first point of contact for their customers at retail-based events.

As a Junior Sales Associate, your main responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Being the face of our client’s brand at retail events
  • Understanding client and customer requirements
  • Providing a first-class customer buying experience
  • Maintaining positive business relationships 

The junior sales associate opportunity provides advice and guidance in the following areas: 

  • Helping customers in-person with general enquiries
  • Speaking with customers face-to-face to review their current energy spends on their gas and electricity 
  • Providing tariff comparison for individual customer energy spends
  • Helping customers to change their energy provider for a cheaper option
  • Analysing performance and implementing strategies to drive sales 
  • Understanding client and customer requirements
