Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Location- Loughborough
Salary- GBP25,000 + Benefits
Our client is one of the leading independent firms of construction and property consultants in the UK. The ideal Surveyor will be reporting directly to the senior director and will be undertaking core services for the firm's existing client base within several different sectors. Our client has worked across both the public and private services and prides itself on offering a bespoke package to their clients across the Loughborough, as well as London and the South West. Our client has completed hundreds of projects across the UK in only a short number of years since their existence and are looking to establish a strong client base to build upon for the future.
The Role of Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Duties Include:
* Profit monitoring
* Managing JCT Contracts
* Client liaising
* Contract administration
* Due Diligence
Experience Required:
* Full driving licence
* RICS Accredited Degree
* Started or looking to start APC route
* Private sector experience
* Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
* Confident with Microsoft Office and hold good basic IT knowledge
