Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business and is looking to recruit a passionate, forward thinking and ambitious Junior Technical Manager who has excellent relationships with the retailers.
In this Technical Manager position you will be responsible for all products being manufactured to the robust quality and food safety standards and meet both the customer and relevant legislation requirements.
As the ideal candidate for this Technical Manager role you will be a Graduate with a degree within Food Science or related subject and already work within a QA Manager or Technical Manager capacity. You will have in-depth knowledge of HACCP and Microbiology as well as being highly organised, self-motivated, forward thinking and have excellent managerial skills. Recent experience of working with the retailers is essential.
