Our client is looking for a conscientious and organised individual to manage a variety of contracts, ensuring compliance with our policies. Liaising closely with the regional sales teams, you will draft, negotiate and execute a variety of contract types. You will create licence agreements, administer amendments and changes, ensuring compliance throughout each stage of the contract lifecycle and maintaining contact with all relevant parties. Proactive and meticulous, you will be accustomed to providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations whilst following procedures. You will help to resolve customer queries regarding contracts and be able to deliver training to the sales team on relevant processes. You will identify improvements, helping to streamline the operation and maintain contractual governance. 

With excellent attention to detail, you will have gained valuable experience in a contract management or customer operations environment and will be accustomed to working to  set processes. You will be a confident communicator and will be able to articulate complex issues in a user-friendly manner. Highly organised, you will be able to juggle a variety of duties simultaneously and be adaptable to any changes to the priorities in the workload.  With good IT skills, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office (with Microsoft CRM and DocuSign being advantageous) and will be quick to acquire new skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional and meticulous, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly.
