Accounting Technician
Our client is currently seeking an Accounting Technician to join their team on a temporary basis. This role presents a great opportunity for an experienced Accounting Technician to join a team developing their skills in this busy role.
The Role: This will be a varied Accounting Technician role, responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Identify and correct miscodes
- Importing files and reconciling
- Completing and processing journals
- Setting up new users on the systems
- Assisting with general financial system maintenance and support
- Analysing data
Candidate Specification: For this position we ae seeking applications from candidates with;
- AAT qualification desirable but not essential, or previous experience of working within a Finance Role.
- Strong IT skills to include Excel are required along with the ability to analyse and sort large volumes of data
- Previous experience of Oracle would be desirable
- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work
- Great communication skills
