Person Specification:

* NVQ Level 2 qualified, or equivalent in hair dressing

* Have outstanding communication skills and have previous hairdressing experience in:

* Cutting and styling

* Colouring

* Men's barbering

Outline of the Role:

Our client's Stylists provide an excellent service to customers within the salon environment and reflect their vision, mission and values. Every day is different in their Salons so their Stylists must constantly ensure customers' needs are identified and met by:

• Carrying out treatments in a relaxed, friendly and clean environment.

• Booking customers' appointments with efficient time allocated for each appointment.

• Providing consultation and advice to customers when required, especially with providing a colour service.

• Operating the cash register to receive payments from customers.

• Promoting and demonstrating products for retail.

• Giving customers advice and suggesting style and colour needs
