Graduate Building Surveyor
Location - Bedford
Salary- GBP25,000 + Benefits
Our client is on the lookout for a Graduate Building Surveyor who will be required to assist colleagues and advising clients on a broad range of matters. The individual will be someone with experience within the commercial property sector, and will have ambitions of becoming chartered through an APC scheme. The candidate will be working in conjunction with our client's team based in Bedford but will be required to cover a number of locations across the UK. Our client has been one of the UK's top 20 property agents for many years and aims and aims to be the number one partner for property excellence.
The Role of Graduate Building Surveyor
Main Duties include:
* Conducting party walls matters as well as dilapidations and building surveys
* Working alongside a Senior Surveyor covering nationwide projects
* Site inspections and client-facing responsibilities
Experience required
* At least several months experience in commercial sector or in a Building Surveying capacity
* Full UK driving licence
* Ambition to work towards APC and becoming chartered
* Building Surveying Degree
* Ability to work as part of a team
