This role will be working within the Manchester Move service which is a city-wide letting service. It is the place to find advice on the best housing solutions for your circumstances.

Are you looking for a new challenge in 2019?

We all know how important having a secure and stable home is and therefore we are looking to recruit an individual who will be able to assist tenants in considering their most appropriate housing options to suit their current and future needs.

We need a proactive and experienced individual to work with older people across Manchester to assist them in considering their housing options and, if the time is right, to help them move to a better home.

The right candidate will be able to develop a new scheme to assist people to move home and will be equally as able to work with colleagues in promoting this service. You will have an ability to proactively seek out all available housing options, offering practical skills to help people in making informed choices and help to turn these choices into reality. If this sounds like you then this could be the job for you.

This will be a busy and fulfilling role based right across the City with the opportunity to continually develop the service to meet the future challenges within social housing. A driving licence and access to your own car is essential for this role.
