Business Development Manager - Fit-Out

Our Client:

Global support services business are looking for an experienced BD professional with strong fit out sector experience to expand their service offering in this area. Based out of London, the role will include;

Role details:

• Develop and delivery business solutions for corporate fit outs for a variety of clients
• Build long term client relationships with existing and new clients
• Cross sell fit out services to existing client portfolio
• Manage the tender process from inception to delivery including production of high quality tender material
• Attend industry specific networking events
• Keep up to date with industry developments and undertake competitor analysis
• Support re bids with colleagues

Requirements:

A proven sales background across the fit out sector is essential for this role as is knowledge of managing the whole sales/tender process. Good relationship building skills are also important for the role as is the ability to work across London and the South East.
