Work within the organisational development team to improve performance by developing the workforce and organisational culture. You will use a range of techniques, including leadership development, talent management, coaching and mentoring, staff engagement, change management and behavioural change.
About you
An established organisational development professional and a natural strategic thinker, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a portfolio of accredited professional and organisational development qualifications. You will also have a proven track record of designing and delivering leadership development programmes and have the ability to effectively persuade, negotiate and influence others.
