Guildford Sunset Homes (GSH) – Voluntary Chairman/Trustee Vacancy
GSH is a small charitable trust of 85 social rent apartments for retired people of limited means from the local area. Situated in Merrow in Surrey this very attractive
Estate comprises of 11 apartments in a converted Grade 2 listed Manor House with blocks of 4/6/8 apartments within the grounds and 2 members of staff. We are looking to recruit for the post of Chairman of the Board which is a rewarding role albeit voluntary and unremunerated.
The Board meets approximately 6 times a year and the management of the Estate is carried out by a local Housing Association.
