Job Role: HR Senior Administrator/Assistant
Location: Bilston
Salary: Up to GBP25k
Working Hours: Mon - Frid 8.30am - 5.30pm

This well established construction group are looking for assistance in their HR department
Typically you will be helping with the following duties
* Ensuring that confidential, detailed and accurate employee records are kept up to date and secure
* Ensuring that annual leave and sickness records are kept up to date
* Supporting the implementation of changes to legislation
* Maintaining existing HR policies
* Supporting on internal communication
* Supporting GDPR compliance
* Ensuring that welcome packs are distributed and up to date Provide assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
* Prepare advertisements for vacant staff positions
* Schedule and organise interviews
* Conduct reference checks on candidates
The ideal candidate:
* Previous experience working as an HR administrator or assistant
* Ideally L3 CIPD qualified or above
* You must be outgoing and enthusiastic
* Great time keeping, attention to detail and using your own initiative will be important aspects of the role, so you should be proficient at these skills
