Our first-class Launch Pad school leaver level 7 apprenticeship programme enables you to train to become a Chartered Accountant without having to go to university. Joining an ambitious and forward-thinking business, you will gain valuable work experience whilst studying for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification.

But it doesn’t stop there. This programme will provide you with a launch pad to accelerate your early career progression within our firm. Our approach to trainee recruitment focuses on long-term investment. As a part of our Launch Pad programme, you will experience rotations around a range of departments so will gain valuable work experience within our Business Services, Audit and Tax teams. You’ll get to work with SMEs, family-owned businesses, large corporates, and not-for-profit organisations across a wide range of sectors – as your experience grows so will the level of responsibility that you have.

Throughout the year, you will attend one of our accredited training providers to study for your CFAB and then your ACA qualification enabling you to become a chartered accountant within five years.

With excellent communication skills you’ll quickly get to know our clients, providing professional advice to add real value to their business.

We’re looking for ambitious, hardworking and a self-motivated people with excellent communication skills. Our minimum requirements are: 

• 3 A Levels (Or Equivalent) Grade A*-B with ideally Maths or a Business-related subject at Grade B
• 9 GCSE’s A*-B (or 6–9) with at least Maths Grade A (7)
• Full Driving Licence
