A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join this expanding IT recruitment company, based in Watford, as an IT Resourcer.
Established in 2007, a provider of Talent services across IT, Finance and Engineering sectors in the UK and Europe. Our client has a global reach and their local presence enables them to access the best candidates and clients within their territories. Their industry knowledge helps them understand the challenges their clients face and thus provide the best talent.
Our client are looking for an IT Resourcer to join their busy and expanding team and the ideal candidate will speak either Dutch or German and have experience of resourcing for SAP roles.
The role will involve;
• Getting job specification briefs from the team to understand vacancies which they are looking to fill in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Using different sources such as Linkedin, Xing, and Job board (jobsite, Monster etc..) to identify suitable candidates and present the job opportunity and convince them to apply (obtain their CV) or obtain referrals for other suitable candidates.
• Negotiate their rates/salary and close them for the job position.
The right person must have:
* A minimum of 6 - 12 months experience as an IT resourcer
* Excellent communication skills in both English and either German or Dutch (desirable)
* Must be a confident Self-Starter with willingness to learn.
* Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.
