Our international client based in Leeds is seeking an experienced CAD Technician to join them on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for producing detailed design drawings using Revit & AutoCAD from client specifications and briefs and basic sketches from inception to completion.
You will provide technical expertise at team / client meetings and will attend project meeting with clients and end users to agree design data, managing design risk assessment and ensuring regulation compliance.
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record of design and detailing of commercial construction projects and will have an excellent working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit along with a strong knowledge of Building Regulations & British Standards and their application. You will have an HNC / Degree within a construction discipline and will have expertise within the Education Construction sector with a good knowledge of construction and material methods. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and will thrive on working to deadlines in a very fast paced environment.
You will have superb communication skills and will enjoy working as part of a busy team with an excellent attention to detail. This role allows the chance to join an established, progressive company.
