An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client an established housing provider in Warwickshire for a Housing Officer dealing with Lettings carrying out viewings.
This is initially a three month contract with Full Time Hours and the pay for this role is GBP15.37 PAYE Plus Holiday Pay OR GBP20.11 Umbrella.
As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for providing an effective housing service incorporating all matters of tenancy letting, management and enforcement.
Part of your role will be to deliver an end to end anti-social behaviour service for customers and other stakeholders, building effective partnerships with other bodies and agencies.
You will need to need to represent the housing provider in court, litigation, tribunal or other proceedings.
You will be tasked with ensuring properties are re-let promptly and that accompanied viewings, inspections and post tenancy visits are completed to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
As a Housing Officer, you will be expected to work in partnership with the community investment team and other key services in the development of sustainable communities.
Part of your role will be to undertake estate inspections and risk assessments.
You will need to lead resident involvement within the area to ensure services are shaped with customer input.
You will be required to ensure tenancy data remains up to date and is used to tailor our services to the needs of our customers.
At the same time, as a Housing Officer, you will need to participate in initiatives relating to the housing management patch, promoting to, and representing the views of, residents, supporting the wider agenda and strategies of the client.
Furthermore, you will need to contribute to the development and delivery of community plans to inform decision making and budget setting.
For this particular vacancy, you will require a Full UK Drivers License and access to a vehicle and a Clear an current DBS too.
