Our client is a leading signage company based in the South East who specialise in producing award-winning signage. They are currently looking for a Sign Technician to join their existing team.
Responsibilities:
* Sign assembly and build
* Low voltage wiring
* Operate and maintain Tekcel and Sabre CNC Router
* Check and sign off works on job sheets
* Assist the Production Manager
* Operate light machinery and tools
* Wrap and pack goods ready for dispatch
* Organise couriers and prepare paperwork for deliveries
* Load and unload company vehicles
* Receive deliveries, checking for accuracy of delivered goods against order / job sheet
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating a CNC Router is beneficial
* Familiar with 'V' Carve Draw, Composer and Artpath Software
* Experience of laser engraving would be an advantage
* Previous sign manufacturing and assembly experience
* Fitting assembling and wiring of low voltage LED's
* Microsoft skills are an advantage
* Graphic and design understanding
* Excellent customer relations focus
* Polite and helpful
* Works well as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Remain professional at all times
* Well organised & the ability to prioritise under pressure
* Work efficiently and accurately, applying attention to detail
* Clean and presentable
* To work in a punctual, clean tidy manner
