Our clients, an established, currently lettings focussed Agency in Brighton, are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team. With strong career progression and prospects available; this opportunity will be well suited to a motivated, proactive and confident Sales Manager looking to join a motivated business. Senior Sales Negotiators or Valuers looking for a step into a management role will very much be considered also.
The successful candidate will be a confident property valuer and have a proven track record in winning new business. They will have a positive and proactive approach to Estate Agency and be keen to grow the business. They will be willing and able to assist in training of junior members of staff as the department grows.
A competitive salary will be offered depending on levels of experience + Car or allowance and a whole host of additional company benefits as standard. A 5 day working week is exercised to include some Saturdays.
